New Continental Dinner - Naugatuck

My family and I love coming here! The restaurant is always clean and its staff is always friendly (no Pun intended! . Our favorite waitress is Nicole, she is attentive, friendly and even remembers the child's favorite order! You have great employees around and in my experience the food was always good at this place since we started in 2021.

Lisa has been our server several times over the last few months. Our orders always come out perfect and she always ensures we are satisfied. The food is always top notch. I highly recommend Friendly’s!

I took my great niece out for dinner, and we had a great experience. She ordered a children's meal, which she thoroughly enjoyed. I had a Tuna Sandwich, an Original Burger, and Mozzarella Sticks. All the food was very delicious. We did experience a longer wait for our order due to a shortage of staff, but the servers were very apologetic. Overall, the food was worth the money, and it was a good choice.

We had a great experience at the restaurant with our group of ten, which included six children. The waitress did an outstanding job ensuring that everyone was taken care of and that we didn't have to wait long for anything. She attentively made sure the kids had all the sauces they needed to keep them happy. I highly recommend this place for a casual family outing. The honey BBQ tasted just as delicious as it did eight years ago, and the mozzarella minis were perfect for sharing with the kids. I also loved that all of our food was served at the same time—a rarity in restaurants accommodating large parties! Thank you for your excellent service tonight!

As a returning customer, I can confidently say that the food and ice cream here are excellent. I keep coming back because the staff treats you like family. Today, my server was Lisa. Even though she's wearing a mask, you can sense her warm smile. She is incredibly attentive and genuinely enjoys serving others. It's refreshing to see people who are still proud of their work. This establishment has a team that clearly loves what they do, and it truly shows. I'm looking forward to returning!
