I was in the old forge as part of a whisky tasting of whisky stars. That's why I can only make my assessment about the gastronomic part of the hotel. The food (future bread) was quite delicious. But I expect not only two mini cheeses and two slices of bread on this name of food. The amount of bread was not enough to use the butter completely. The cheese was used with the first edge piece. The sausage was sufficient and tasty, but sausage without bread is then also somehow just fat. From my point of view, the price of performance is not correct. Especially since bread in a hotel should be in sufficient quantity.
