The Vine Wine Bistro Shoppe - Navarre

I always enjoy the variety of wines available at this restaurant, as the selection is constantly changing. The flights are a favorite of mine. The food is delicious and the service is top-notch!

Last Friday night, my friends and I visited this restaurant. We moved back to Navarra almost a year ago and had never been here before, but I regret not coming sooner. Our waiter, who had long red hair (I can't recall his name), was fantastic - extremely attentive and friendly. The music was also excellent. We will definitely return for future date nights to enjoy this place even more. I had a wonderful evening and am grateful we decided to dine here.

When my family first moved to the area, the Vine Bar quickly became our go-to spot and we would visit weekly. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service was always top-notch. They used to have live musical acts that added to the cozy atmosphere, understanding that patrons were there to relax and socialize, not to be overwhelmed by noise. However, my recent experience at the Vine Bar with some friends was disappointing. The place was overcrowded and there were only two employees struggling to keep up with orders. They appeared unfriendly and unhelpful, unable to make any recommendations when asked. To make matters worse, they had run out of merlot and the waitress seemed indifferent when asked for a substitute. Our food took forever to arrive, and when I questioned the delay, the chef rudely told me to be quiet, blaming the small kitchen. The live band, though talented, was far too loud for the cozy atmosphere that the Vine Bar used to offer. It was difficult to hold a conversation over the noise. It's a shame to see the decline in service, with rude staff and lack of professionalism tarnishing what was once a favorite spot in Navarra.

They love what they do and take care of the experience of their hospitable. a cool little place to get away. prost!

Group of us ended up here on a girls day out. We got the back room. Good selection of wines. We had a bunch of appetizers. The crab dip and Mediterranean tray were our favorites, Truffle fires had no crunch.
