Burger King - Navasota

One of the worst scenarios that can occur at a fast food restaurant is when the service is extremely slow and the order is completely wrong. After waiting in line for what seemed like an eternity on a long, hot, miserable day, I finally received my food, only to find out it was incorrect. Disappointed and unfulfilled, I didn't want to return to the restaurant, as I had already gone out of my way and been served food that wasn't what I had ordered. When I found myself extremely hungry and unwilling to stop at Burger King, I reluctantly decided to give the restaurant another chance. Unfortunately, they once again failed to get my order right, despite not being busy at all.

This restaurant deserves zero stars. I waited for 10 minutes in the drive-thru, which was empty except for me. I expected freshly made food, but instead, my order was wrong and I had to wait even longer. The fries and chicken were hard and cold. The staff seemed more interested in goofing off than in taking care of customers. Burger King, step up your game. This experience was completely unacceptable.

I normally don't enjoy burgers, but this restaurant was excellent. I ordered the baconator and was pleasantly surprised by the generous portion of ketchup they provided. The service was fast, friendly, and accurate. The restaurant was clean with plenty of parking space. Overall, I would give the food a rating of 5 out of 5.

The ladies on the journey through were all gathered and let us hurry to order and laugh the manager in the service was even childish and told us that they were training, but if so why would they laugh and misjudge to customers? I don't want to be a good one, but that was disgusting.

This Navasota Burger King is the worst I’ve ever been to. I’ve been 5 times, and without fail they have either screwed up my order or told me they do not have the item I want, that is clearly part of their online posted menu! They are rude and very unprofessional!!!
