Bidra med feedbackOur first experience was absolutely terrible. The atmosphere and decorations were top-notch, but the service was atrocious. We waited over 40 minutes for our food and were only checked on once by our server within an hour of being there. We had to wave down a different waitress to ask for something and check on our food. Despite commenting on the wait time multiple times, we were approached rudely by the second waitress and then by a woman in black who disputed our claims. Our appetizer alone took 28 minutes to come out, and we didn't receive our food until 5:15, over an hour after being seated. The manager, who was seen socializing instead of attending to customers, halfheartedly apologized for the poor experience. Our meals were lackluster, with soggy salads, cold tacos, and tasteless dishes due to likely being left out for too long. In the end, it was a truly awful experience for our group of seven.
This is such an unexpected place to find! The food is delicious, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere is very cool and chic in an industrial bar sort of way. I also loved that there is a little shop attached that has an eclectic collection of items that would make great gifts.Definitely worth a stop if you're in town or passing through!Parking: Parking is limited nearby, but there is additional parking across the street.Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible building!
I was very excited to try this place out. Unfortunately I was extremely disappointed in the food. The ambience is fabulous and the service was fine, but the subpar food did nothing to match either one. The crabcakes were frozen and kind of fishy. My meatloaf was very dry and seemed old. The muffuletta was cold and dry. Shrimp and pasta both overcooked. I am a chef and restaurant owner and as much as I hate to write a bad review I feel like something needed to be said because the reviews and hype about this place are off the charts and did not match the quality of food I received. I will definitely give them one more try and see if we can get things together with a lot less expectation than before. Much love and respect to all the staff running this place because I know exactly how difficult this industry is.
For a small town, this is not a bad place. The atmosphere is really cool. Sort of industrial feeling. The service and drinks were nice. They need to work on the food a bit. My order was wrong and they ran out of a bunch of items on the menu. We will try again.
We really enjoyed our visit to this restaurant and were very impressed with both the location and the quality of the food they serve. We happened to be there during the white tail event and got to see all the different mounts from taxidermists from across the state.
