Subway - Navy Yard City

My wife visited there and was threatened with physical violence by a staff member named “Aurora”. This person had a rude and abrasive sarcastic demeanor for no reason at. The phrase uttered was “…I don’t want to talk about it because it makes me want to punch people”. Super unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. Be better.

There was a blonde girl who was extremely rude and judgy towards my grandma and myself. She cussed when told about o ur sandwiches. Just not okay. Sandwiches were good

I needed to get on here to say I am very impressed with this subway location! They were very polite and fast. My sandwich was AMAZING. Great job! Thanks for making my subway experience awesome and keep up the good work!

My last visit was disappointing. It had been a while since I had subway so I was really excited. The person working the drive thru told me it was going to be 10 min til they could take my order because they had 2 orders in the drive thru ahead of me and several online orders so I was totally fine waiting but it turned into 20 min then they would take part of my order and say hold on then 5 min later come back and stop me in the middle of giving my order again to wait another 5 min. The person didn't apologize at all and was super short at the window. I brushed it off to being busy but the food was the worst I have gotten from any subway. They had hardly anything inside of them, missing ingredients and i paid for the extra big sandwiches so it made no sense that it was mostly bread and that was part rubbery part crunchy. $30 wasted! ?

When someone orders avocado smash on their sandwich usually it's put on the sandwich rather than as a side. You're better than this subway.
