Taqueria Cotija - Nederland

I've never been to this place since it opened until this weekend. My Homie told me this place has delicious breakfast tacos. So I met him to find out what this is about. Chilaquiles w/ green sauce. Good, but I wish it had more green sauce and cheese. Just my preference. Chorizo, egg cheese taco w/ pico. Flavorful Fried potatoes. Crispy edges and delicate in the middle Salsa Great taste and fresh. 10/10 I would come back, but I would rather try something new. Just to find my favorite menu item. Waitress (Joseline) Extremely Nice, she took the time to chat about other foods. Super friendly. Great service. Eating I loved it, I would definitely return

The food was fresh and delicious! My order was from the menu, but they made my breakfast Burrito without any problems. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. After eating our delicious brunch, I checked the ladies' rooms that smell immaculate and fresh!

I have eaten here several times and the food has always been great, especially for the price. I have never tried delivery or to-go from here so I cannot comment on that. However, as to why they did not get 5 stars is due to poor service every time I eat here. I waited tables through college so I am patient, but if it is not busy one would expect an attentive waitstaff. Last time I visited it took over ten minutes for someone to acknowledge us after we were sat. Never got the margarita we ordered. Kind of get the I don 't want to be her vibe from the waitstaff. So, if you want good food at a reasonable price I 'd say eat here. Just be patient.
