Bidra med feedbackSo, I have a pretty good list of my top 10 burgers in Australia, and this one is a solid 8. The cheeseburger is a hearty serve of meat, cheese, sauces and pickles, which complement their range of chips wonderfully. The shoestring-style of fries aren't my favourite, but their sweet potato option makes up for it in choice (as a side-note, those sweet potato fries are pretty good, too). I'd definitely recommend the german ketchup, as it has a unique flavour you don't normally get from tomato sauce, and their milkshakes are made old-school style in those metal cups. While this particular restaurant is a bit out of my way, the prices are fairly standard for burger joints in Perth these days, and with the addition of local fish and chips I feel like this place will quickly become a local favourite. For value, go for the chip bowl, which comes with two sauces and can easily cover 2-3 people. Their unique optional extras, such as sauerkraut, are also worth exploring.
Excellent hotdog. I ordered the 'double frank ' and everything about it was delicious. <br/ <br/ In terms of the venue great ambience, trendy wall art and pleasant music.
I must admit, though I have come here several times, I have yet to try their burger! (I know...pretty lame! Thus far, I've been sticking to my all time favorite dish, the Deutschlander. (Thanks to my German experience and sauerkraut! The sausage is quite tasty, good amount of sauteed onions and sauerkraut. Love the artisan bun, but 4 out of 5 times I ordered my dish, bunless. The chips are so tasty. And so is the onion rings. <br/ <br/ The joint is pretty funky and laid back. Not quite the German decor I'd expect with the Kimmi dolls wallpaper on one side. It can get pretty crowded, and a bit dark towards the back. <br/ <br/ The service is average, with a smile. I like that I don't have to wait long for my order. Oh...and price-wise, very reasonable. <br/ <br/ Would I go back? Definitely, when I crave the excellently done French fries and sauerkraut with German sausage!
Not bad. I went for the Frankfurter and a Greek salad with fries on the side.<br/ <br/ Don't quite know why I got a salad as you don't normally go to a burger joint for anything healthy but I guess it was just out of guilt maybe. <br/ <br/ My Frankfurter was average but the fries were perfect. <br/ <br/ The salad was of a generous size and had plenty of feta and olives.<br/ <br/ I loved the Décor.
Overall a good experience! Had the Meister Bratwurst which was delicious but very messy to eat the bun fell apart as soon as I picked it up. Their fries were served almost cold but were still good though! Decent burger joint but I wouldn't argue that it's the best. Will definitely be back to try more of their extensive menu.
