The Vienna Cafe - Nelson

Ordered waffles and fruit and syrup no whip, side of avocado and coffee. Waffles were cold, came with whip, avocado was more like guacamole, fruit was not fresh and there was not much of it. Coffee was weak. Skip this place for breakfast as there are better places in Nelson

Very good breakfast. Local hot spot. Home like feel. Fair pricing compared to what you get usually in Central nelson. I appreciate how the share alternative opinion papers like Druthers and have a good community bulletin board. Good vibes overall.

Combo Book store and excellent cafe with quality organic food and great prices. I was in town to check out Nelson for the first time. I work in Corporate worl virtually and I wanted to get to a place that was as far removed. Fell in love with Nelson. THey measure their lakes in the hundreds of miles and not just one lake. Great skiing they tell me but what I liked was the artistic hippie vibe. Really nice Canadians live here.
