Copper Branch - Nepean

We hope this is a one-off dining experience but our experience at the restaurant on Aug 6 around 6pm was the worst we have ever had at the chain. Our order of 3 items took incredibly long. We patiently waited 20 minutes to inquire about our order and it seemed like they had forgotten to finish our order, particularly the salads based on the looks of the staff. They seemed to be focusing on takeout orders only. The chick’n finger and fries we ordered was long completed but was sitting there while they were preparing the rest of our order. The fries were completely cold when we got them. There was no apology from the lady who was at the counter at the time although the rest of the staff were quite friendly. We also did not get our aioli sauce, which we paid extra for, but decided to let it go because the lady looked stressed because it appeared that she had to cut her lunch short to help the rest of the staff. We have been to many Copper Branch locations in Ontario and Quebec and this does not live up to the brand standards. The portion of their salads seemed smaller than other locations as well. We definitely recommend the brand but unfortunately not this location at this time.

As a vegan myself, the new Oreo frappe was something I was looking forward to. Do not waste your $8 on this drink. It tasted like a combination of banana and protein powder. I smelled Oreo but unfortunately did not taste any by the overwhelming taste of banana. I ordered an Oreo frappe hoping to taste Oreo, not banana?? Very misleading. Would not come here again.

Great place, always friendly staff and it’s the healthiest vegan restaurant in Ottawa(other places cook everything with lots of oil, various sauces and yes it’s vegan, but is it healthy? Nope). Here you can have your sauce on the side and use as much as you need. There’s no oil where it’s not needed, everything is really delicious and fresh. The Barrhaven location is really nice and beautiful! We come here regularly and happy to have it in our neighbourhood. Also- my non vegan friends love everything as well! You don’t have to be vegan to appreciate their delicious menu.

Very tasteful vegan restaurant, was pleased by the food and service. Should there be more copper branch available close to where I live... Only bemol is the inside temperature wasn't quite heated enough it was -20 outside and I had to keep a warm jacket inside.Vegetarian options: All vegan food ?

My friends and I came today to celebrate my birthday. Although they are not vegan, they loved the food . The beautiful girl who served us was extremely nice . I highly recommend the shittaki sandwich , fries with garlic sauce and the veg bowl .the brownie is soo good as well. Enjoy food without guilt
