Bidra med feedbackMade an order online for delivery at 4:30pm. An hour and half later, I had to call asking about my delivery. They tell me my pizza is there and I need to pick it up, and when I tell them no I ordered for delivery they argued with me and said no I have to come get my pizza. And when I ask if they're going to make a new pizza because I don't want the one that's been sitting there for over an hour they said no and I had to come pick up the old pizza and pay for it. Unbelievably rude, and just terrible customer service. Really disappointed as my family and I have been living in Barrhaven for over 30 years and ordered here countless times over the years.UPDATE: Thank you for the contradictory response.
Always an amazing experience!! Food is incredibly delicious, delivery is quick to my home.
Ordered 2 medium pizzas tonight as a treat .1 cheese and bacon and 1 with pepperoni , bacon and ham . It used to be our favourite place in Barrhaven . We used to order fairly frequently and always loved it but haven’t been able to for quite a while .Tonight’s was very disappointing. The bacon was very different from the last time we had it, in fact it was terrible . Didn’t taste like bacon at all and was too thick , fatty and hard to chew . We were so looking forward to it .Probably won’t order again.

Finally tried San Marino's a few days back and their pizza lived up to the hype. Had been hearing great things from so many people and I'm glad it turned out to be worth it. Got the San Marino's special with peppers, onions, ham and cheese and a thin crust. The delivery was quick, within 30 mins and the taste was top notch. They are pricier when compared to some pizza chains but it's worth it if you crave a good pizza. Yummy crust, generous amount of cheese and toppings. No wonder they're a Nepean/Barrhaven institution ?
