Sonic Drive-in - Nettleton

Ordered in the app,A lg dr Pepper and lg Cherry slush.I waited 20 minutes, finally went to the door, and got it, and they still got it wrong!!! I got a dirty coke and Dr. Pepper.

My family and I normally come to this Sonic location because our order is always right. The last five times we’ve came it’s not been worth it. Our orders are messed up and we don’t get the juice box with the wacky pack even after asking for it. We got it this time but it had no straw?? Not to mention the other night we came to get a quick bite to eat and after pushing the button nobody answered and we waited for 10 minutes and then we tried once more and still nothing. Y’all were not closed and we could see the staff inside.

I've gotten a few orders lately that were not what I ordered ,which Management has happily!

Slowest order and customer service experience of any sonic I've ever been to. Takes 15 minutes for two drinks. Happened twice. Won't be coming back. Will go anywhere else because the wait is so long!

Food is good most of the time. Service is always good.
