Very warm welcome, the waitresses were very friendly, the dishes were very good and the cold mint tea was excellent
Eating was quite good, I had chicken soup and garnelensalat
The food was OK, but it was not (repeat NOT) authentic Mexican food. We were given a choice between salads and gazpacho. Gazpacho is a Spanish soup, so it failed the authenticity test right there. The tomatoey “gazpacho” soup we had was watery, oily, and chunky. Nice try. No cigar. The enchiladas didn’t even come close to the real thing, and we are talking light-years here. The meat was wrapped in flour tortillas that were crisped on a griddle, then garnished with a small splash of sauce that tasted like spaghetti sauce. If you are hungry hungry hungry for yummy Mexican food, don’t come here.
