Miners Foundry Cultural Center

I came here for a holiday market. To avoid the difficult parking i came in the morning. It was nice to be indoors. The mulled wine was very good. The inescapable loudness and the choice of music they played made this an adult only event. Bring your ear plugs if you have sensitive ears.

Very unique cultural and historic center in Nevada City. We went there for a juried craft show and there was plenty of attendance and very creative work. They also have concerts there periodically throughout the year.

A great venue for nearly anything! Beautiful and spacious, the bar is located in the front room so never gets too crowded, and their events span from comedy nights and concerts to ecstatic dances and psychic fairs. Always worth stopping by!

The restaurant is situated in a beautifully restored old industrial building. It's one of the most impressive event spaces I’ve seen, with great acoustics to top it off.

It's a lovely place! My uncle shared an interesting rock 'n' roll story with me about how he got to see one of Supertramp's lead singers, Roger Hodgson, perform there in 1997. He mentioned that there's a live album recorded from that performance, although I'm not sure which one it is. I just thought I'd share that. Cheers!
