Ciao Chow - New Albany

Reservations!! We wanted to celebrate our anniversary, but didn't think to make a reservation, Bummer. I should have known. The food was unbelievable when they were in Ashland and expected the same in New Albany. 3 stars because I was so disappointed that we couldn't sit, or 5 stars because we know the food is good?

The food was amazing. The chef is Italian and you can tell. The best Italian food I've ever had. The service was great and the food was very affordable.

Great atmosphere and the host was very friendly treated us like family. Food was good. Would definitely try it again. I had the three cheese crab tortellini. Was told it was spicy, but I didnt think it was.

We called ahead to inquire about the wait time and decided to go ahead and visit. Upon our arrival, we were pleased to find that they had reserved a table for us—what a great touch! A gentleman greeted us, expressing his gratitude for our business and informing us about the specials they were offering. While we had a designated waiter, this man checked in with us frequently to ensure that everything was perfect. The food was absolutely delicious; you could really taste the Italian love in every dish. We will definitely return as often as we can to support this fantastic restaurant.
