Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Pro's: friendly staff, cleanliness Con's: I only wanted one thing on the menu. Fried shrimp with hush puppies. Haven't had either in a while so I was excited to see this on the menu. Ordered extra hush puppies as one of my sides. Only to find out a few minutes later they were out of them. How do you run out of hush puppies?! Then I was brought out my order that had fries instead. I didn't order them and wasn't offered a different side. A little thing but I was disappointed. Chloe was a nice server so I gave 3 stars. Probably won't bother coming back to this particular CB.

As far as the Cracker Barrel franchise is concerned, I genuinely enjoy myself in such a restaurant. My experience in the particular location falls short of exceptional service and food. Upon multiple trips to this store/restaurant, we have had several occasions of different issues; ranging from poor to rude service as well as cold/undercooked and overcooked/reheated food. The ambiance will usually consist of confused faces full of unsure chatter from other customers curious about their order being correct or if it will come at all. I review Cracker Barrel Old Country Store/New Albany 2 stars.
