Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - New Albany

Ordered online to pickup in store and lobby is locked. No sign, no explanation, just watching workers slowly get orders together while the line is to the entrance to the property.

Food was very good. They took a long time to make my order but they were friendly.

I went there on 3/12/2024 at 3:37pm, i came thru the DT and order the #1 classic crisp sandwich combo and the fries were warm but not hot and I could only eat a few bites of the a sandwich. The middle of the sandwich was really thick and I couldn't eat it. It was cold and slimy and rubbery and grizzly. I couldn't turn around because I was on the highway when I started trying to eat my sandwich:, but I do have a pic.

I stopped in while waiting for my daughter to get out of surgery. The staff is wonderful and friendly! The food was great.Wheelchair accessibility: There's a gentleman in a wheelchair here now.

The food was fresh and hot but the heat had of been set to close to 80° it was uncomfortable and the lady at the counter didn't respond when I asked her how she was today, kinda put a damper on the atmosphere. But the food was worth it.
