Margaritas Mexican - New Baden

Used to be good but the last time we went the margaritas were very watered down. The food was also just okay. The staff were good but I would not go back again based on the food and drinks. El Indio is right around the corner and they are consistentlygood.

For a place that has the name margarita in its name I would hope that?s the one thing that would be good. Fairly disappointed all around with this place. Was not a busy night, 4 other tables. Food was subpar at best and the margaritas weee made fromcheap ingredients. The chips and salsa they serve when you walk in was the highlight of the meal. It?s a one and done type ofplace.

Had better everything was really bland nothing was that great.. I had better i would not go back owner kids screaming ect just nothing great about it

Just moved to New Baden, and tried this place 3 times. The first time it was very busy in there and the service was adequate. The second time it took 20min to get our order, though the food was good. I asked for extra cheese and did not get extra cheese,ended up having to order a side of cheese. That time it took 30 plus minutes to get our check and that?s because I didn?t starttiming it until we we noticed we had already been waiting awhile. I felt bad and thought the older lady was not ok so this wasthe reason it took forever. Plus not to mention we were the only one in the whole restaurant eating. So week later we decided togive another shot, we go in today and we sit immediately and get chips and our drink order in right away. After waiting a fewminutes I started timing again and after Ten minutes later we still had no drinks and had not ordered. The lady left picking upher To go order so we thought oh ok she?ll get our drinks now. So we noticed she walked to the bar side thinking she was makingour drinks. And then I noticed after a bit she wasn?t at the soda dispenser so I walked over to see what was going on and Ilooked and she was standing in the corner looking like, hopefully, tucking in her shirt. If she wasn?t I don?t want to know whatshe was doing. That?s when went back to my table and said we are leaving. I don?t know what is wrong with this older lady or howthis place stays in service. And we won?t be back but that?s a shame because the food was great when we did get it. Go down theroad to el Indio if you need quicker service.
