The dining experience was pleasant overall, despite the fact that the food was served with a smile, there was a noticeable lack of friendliness from the server.

I am giving this restaurant one star so I can leave my review. I ordered the original chicken sandwich and it was awful - the bread was soggy and the taste left a bad feeling in my mouth. I will never eat here again, not even worth one star.

The cashier had been distracted by a man who was causing trouble earlier, and the older man who seemed to be in charge did nothing to help the situation. Instead, he scolded the cashier for allowing a customer to grab a cup from the stack near the register. It was clear that the staff lacked proper training and professionalism. Both my mother and I received wrong sandwich orders, but we didn't say anything because we didn't want to cause any more trouble for the young cashier. It's a shame because he was really sweet and friendly, but he was clearly not being taught properly by the three adults in charge. These three need to be either retrained or let go, as they showed a lack of respect and competence in handling customer service. It's clear that they are not fit to be working in a customer-facing role.

Service could be much better and need to stand better layer guides most to do not much of any kind of guide.

Food was horrible and cold, missing the stacker sauce completely, the lady at the window was absolutely rude and her attitude was atrocious. I will never return to this location sad excuse for customer service skills especially when I've worked in the same industry for the past 16 years. horrible restaurant and even worse staff.
