Sarducci's Subs Pizza - New Bedford

The food was quite disappointing, and the customer service was terrible. The dishes weren’t fresh at all. When I requested a refund, the owner shouted at me, insisting that he doesn’t offer refunds. It's unbelievable that a restaurant wouldn’t return a customer's money when they are completely dissatisfied with a meal that they can't even bring themselves to eat. Truly shocking!

The pizza turned out quite good after I took it home and finished baking it in the oven.

This was the worst meal of my life. I ordered fish but couldn’t even bring myself to look at it—it was just two square, processed, frozen patties. To make matters worse, when I called the owner to express my dissatisfaction with the food quality, he yelled at me. I explained that I didn't want to eat it and requested a refund, but he insisted he never gives refunds. He also claimed that he had informed me it was frozen at the time of ordering, which is simply not true. He offered to make me something else, but I had no interest in that; I just wanted a refund so I could buy fresh fish elsewhere. Instead, he shouted at me again and has since been ignoring my calls. Please save yourself the trouble and don't eat there. I feel like throwing his subpar food right back at his restaurant. I wish I had read the reviews before looking at the menu!
