Mcdonald's - New Berlin

Husband ordered an apple cake and there was no apple or any thing in the crust!! So disappointed!

The employee was rude and repulsive to us when we wait 5 minutes on the window and continue, with what do you want?? And when we were finished waiting at least 15 minutes in the window and during that time he wrote on his phone and never greeted us until 15 minutes later. This happened on 31 July at 9:40.

Their hot coffee machine is down every time I get done with work. A coffee request at 6:15 pm should be accommodated. They should clean their machine the hour before closing instead. I was forced to drive further away to Starbucks.

I come here for breakfast pretty often due to its close to my job but not anymore. Every time I come to this place there is some problem and I order the samething every time, so simple, 2 oatmeals a coffee and they manage to mess this up EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! Either the coffee isnt how I ordered it or the oatmeal is soupy or dry, today the oatmeal looked like somebody ate half of it and it was dry. Im tired of spending my hard earned money with this place and they cant get it together.

Poor service best advice always check your order these kids in there will give you anything they don't care. I ordered slushies the first time they gave them to me they were half filled and so they acted like they were remaking them but just filled it with more crushed ice so after I waited forever here are my watered down items
