Wendy's - New Bern

It's good, but it mbn made my stomach hurt really bad

Fast service. The food wasn 't as good as what I expect from a Wendy 's. The Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger wasn 't as fresh, it almost reminded me of a good burger from a more low level to go place. The fries were hot but had no flavor meaning not even a little salt. My tea was good and so were the chicken nuggets.

I always find the food at Wendy's to be excellent, regardless of what I order. During my latest visit, I tried the grilled chicken sandwich and the new strawberry Frosty. I asked for my sandwich without tomatoes or lettuce, and to my delight, it came exactly as I requested—definitely a five-star experience right there! The chicken was perfectly cooked, tender, and juicy, and the strawberry Frosty was outstanding. Additionally, even though there was a long line at the drive-thru, the service was surprisingly quick. Overall, this Wendy's offers fantastic food and fast service!

Yesterday, we waited over 25 minutes just to reach the order screen, only to be informed that the system was down. The person ahead of me received their food, but neither I nor the people behind me did. It would have been nice if someone had come out to inform us that they weren't taking any more orders instead of staying inside and being unhelpful. No apologies or compensation, like coupons, were offered for the inconvenience. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and we definitely won’t be returning.
