Dunkin' Donuts - New Braunfels

Incredibly quick service and absolutely delicious! I ordered bagel minis, but the staff suggested I try a whole bagel instead, and I’m glad I did—it was fantastic! My cocoa mocha iced latte was also perfection!

I visited today, and it was a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, and there was an excellent variety of donuts to choose from for my order. I highly recommend this place!

I'm not sure what has happened to this location, but the ice cream coffee has become terrible. I used to be a frequent visitor to Dunkin', but over the past three to four weeks, the coffee quality has significantly declined, which is really frustrating. Several times, I've encountered a sour taste because the mixture wasn't properly blended. It's disappointing since the coffee used to have a light brown color, and now it's very dark, despite not changing in size or the amount of cream used. Someone should have noticed that something is off, but it’s clear that they don't seem to care. I love Dunkin', but I don't want to waste my money here anymore.

It was good in the past. Not the most personal place. I had a good service and service. They run out of the doughnuts early and then they are ready. Food: 3/5

I stopped coming to DD because the customer service was hugely rejected, but autumn is here and I was surprised to see a sweet face with a friendly attitude like Kyle. Thanks Kyle for the great customer service you offer daily.
