Firehouse Subs New Braunfels South

It took 20 minutes to get a simple sandwich. There were only two other cars to order food and the restaurant was empty. We could also see that the employees only talk to each other while the line of cars became longer.

Typically, I love Firehouse and this place. Definitely not love firehouse today. People assemble these sandwiches so I wouldn't get bad tomato slices. The bread was stripped and crumbled, as not safe as it was fresh. It'll take time to try again. Ugh

I never had a bad sandwich or experience in any fire department store including this location. All three of my children have become fanatics.

Came here to get the loaded potato soup after pulling my tooth (not too hard or hard to eat). The soup was great. I also appreciate their gluten-free options! Great place! Nutrition restrictions: gluten-free options available
