Taco Bell - New Brunswick

The two girls on the drive thru around 18 clock on 12/21/22 need to learn the right customer service. they were rude and rolled eyes and laugh. but eating and the fastness of order is always good in this taco bell.

I walked in and stood at the counter for over ten minutes without any of the employees acknowledging me. Eventually, I noticed a sign indicating where to place my order, which might have been helpful to know initially. The staff passed by without saying a word. Once I finally ordered, the food was excellent. I noticed three other men who experienced the same lack of recognition, but I was able to direct them to the ordering area. They seemed a bit put off, but eventually, they approached the counter to order. After that, the service improved. However, it really shouldn’t take so long for a worker to recognize and assist a customer!

This is one of the worst Taco Bell locations I have ever encountered. If I could give a negative rating, I would. The employees seem to have serious issues with their work ethic; they are unhelpful and take an eternity to respond, leaving customers waiting for over half an hour. I really hope the owners read this and take action to improve the situation. Please save yourself the trouble and avoid this place. I assure you, you'll be completely disappointed.

The staff at this restaurant has been consistently rude during my visits. Every person I interacted with seemed unprofessional, and it felt like management should also be contributing to a better atmosphere. The employees often make customers wait for extended periods, which gives the impression that they don't want to be there. Overall, my experience here has been quite disappointing.

Absolutely great polite service and the food was perfectly flavored and not soggy! We were not rushed through the drive through!!
