Papa Johns Pizza - New Carrollton

I ordered an extra large pizza and waited patiently, but after a long time, I decided to inquire about the status of my order. I was informed that they had forgotten my order and that they would be refunding me within 3-4 days. I asked if I could come pick it up, but they said they hadn't packed everything yet. I ended up having to call back again to get some assistance, and I was met with extremely poor customer service. It was one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered.

Not only was the pizza ice cream cold when I received it, but it wasn't even sliced.

The service at this restaurant was lacking as they placed the pizza on the floor, didn't knock on the door, and delivered it to the wrong house.

Pizza dough not done,,,,,, Canned tomatoes mushroom black olives all canned. Maybe 1 ring of green pepper for large pizza. They say they will refund me 100

My pizza was not hot when I received it. I was promised credit for my next order but they did not follow through.After reporting this, my next pizza was hot when received. I still did not receive the credit promised.
