Applebee's Grill - New Castle

Posting this on behalf of my father. My parents went to this Applebees this past Sunday. The parking lot was practically empty. They walked in and there was no one waiting. A couple of the waitresses were sitting at a table. A guy running the front desk told them it would be 15 minutes. My dad looked around and said seriously? the guy at the front desk says Are we going to have a problem? and glared at my dad. My parents turned around and walked out. You 've got an empty restaurant, other than 3-4 tables, plenty of people working, but its going to be a 15 minute wait? Then the guy at the desk gets an attitude when my father was not being threatening? Terrible service. Lazy employees. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It was ok for a call in order. They had me waiting for a minute but came out and took my order. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Quesadilla

This had to be the worst Applebee's I have ever ate at. First we got the Appitizer sampler and the wings where cold and supposed to be BBQ but came out bufflo. So they replaced them and the new ones still came out cold. Nothing on the sampler was hot but we was too hungry to wait on more. Then the food came out and the wrap smelled spoiled and my wonton tacos where cold. This was just nasty and cold food and it was so loud in there. Maybe it would have been better if they was not so busy and rushing to send cold food out. Kid-friendliness: Nice kids menu.
