Bidra med feedbackI had a disappointing experience a few weeks ago. I attempted to contact the store for a replacement, but couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone. I called the company’s customer service line, and the representative assured me that a $75 refund would be processed back to my account within 3-5 business days. However, it has now been over 10 days. I called the local store again, and they promptly replaced my entire order. Usually, I have no issues with Pizza Hut, and I truly appreciate that they make an effort to resolve problems when they arise.
The best pizza we've had in years! The service was excellent and the food was delicious. Everything was served hot and fresh.
