Subway - New Castle

The two women working there were fantastic and provided excellent service. One of them took the time to mentor the other, which I thought was wonderful. Our sandwiches were, as always, amazing! The staff deserves recognition for their outstanding service. Thank you, Metro in Newcastle!

We ordered party pills, and they had the record ready and waiting right on time. Unfortunately, I recently had surgery and couldn't wear the record. The staff kindly took care of it for me without me even having to ask.

You always fill my sandwich for break with sauce. At the end of my meal I feel like a [redacted] with the amount of liquid on me.

I was surprised I don't do Subway very often but I got the teriyaki chicken and it was pretty good

The staff are very friendly, except for one girl. She’s about 5’4” with blonde hair and insisted that I wear an anime sweatshirt. I would give this place five stars if it weren't for her.
