Bidra med feedbackMany people recommend it as a hidden gem but I didn't find it worth the hype. Located in a narrow lane, it was difficult to find the shop through Google maps. Don't visit if you are expecting it to be of having good ambience. There is neither AC nor any good sitting facility. The old shop seems never to have been renovated. The old benches definitely don't give a good vibe. The sandwiches aren't cooked, the filling is what makes the place reknown. Though, it was disappointing to find that eating overpriced sandwiches by going through all the hassle wasn't rewarding. Yes, sandwiches were of average taste. Won't be visiting this place again.
The fruit sandwiches and chais here are very good. It is the only place selling fruit sandwiches that I know of. The shop is very old, not fancy and the prices are good too. Pretty nice place if you are bored of fancy shops selling whatever
Taste is really good. But items are overpriced. The place is very difficult to locate. We tried mango sandwiches, mix fruit sandwiches and samosa sandwiches. All were really good. The only issue is pricing.
One of the places to have fresh sandwiches in old Delhi, they have fruit sandwiches, mango sandwiches, apple sandwiches, I tried vegetable sandwich, mix fruit sandwich both have good amount of stuffing and tasted awesome.
