St Baxter - New Farm

We were looking for a place to go on a Sunday and saw the reviews. We went for lunch and had the Mac and cheese balls, jalapeño poppers and the brisket burger. They were all really nice. We would be back to try out more dishes

The breakfast is fantastic for something different - and substantial enough to satisfy a big appetite. The Tex Mex leaning menu means there is fare light enough to make those with a smaller appetite happy, too.With lots of fresh tacos, really tasty sides and incredible mains there's something for everyone. The ribs are to die for and the menu was interesting enough to ensure a return visit for dinner. Check out the drinks specials, too. Excellent all round.

This place is just amazing. The food was devine, we tried 5 different dishes and each was as equally amazing as the other. We tried three different cocktails and two different beers, a great variety. The owner couldn't have been more helpful, and gave great advice on the food, drinks and the area.

This restaurant should get much more business than it does, the menu is very original and somehow exotic, the food is of great quality as well as drinks (big sizes)!!! try the owner's secret recipe Sangria! It is delicious! extremely good value for money! The owner is also a great host!! I really much enjoyed my dinner and will be back for sure!

This place is great. We ate here for our Sunday Supper Club and rate it highly. We had Cubano sandwiches and the cheeseburger and both were fantastic. One of the best burgers in Brisbane. Sangria was tasty and a selection of beers for everyone. Mac n Cheese croquettes were great too! Highly recommend.
