It was absolutely shocking we waited over 2 hours for our food that never came they are based in Totton I'm in lordshill a 10 min drive away when I called they said the food would be 2 minutes it didn't arrive had to call again to get a very rude and unprofessional response I really wouldn't recommend this place the menu is even spelt incorrectly that says it all they should be ashamed of their customer service I'm digusted
Ordered online. Said on the app it’s been delivered after being late for 40 minutes (no notice that it’s going to be late) so I called and was told it’s just leaving to be delivered and that they’re not robots. Charming.
