Friendly's - NEW HARTFORD

I had a wonderful first experience at this restaurant. Be sure to save room for dessert - the ice cream selection is amazing! The decor and ambiance of the restaurant are charming. The menu offers a variety of options, from burgers to more elegant dishes. The ice cream options are delicious and can be customized to your liking.

I went in for an ice cream after a hard day. I was greeted by Kayla (Manager) who gave so much positivity. I was served by Angela, quickly friendly and an absolute pleasure. I saw her doing her job with so much pleasure that I was a little jealous of the job I have. My ice cream was on the spot (thanks to Marquissa). I ate the whole thing, and I rarely do that. In the end, I went out better than I came in.

During a visit to town for my niece's gymnastics competition, we decided to dine at this restaurant where we have been coming for years. Dakota was our waiter, and although he seemed to be the only one serving, the service was consistently excellent. Despite being busy, Dakota was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great dining experience. We will definitely be back when in town. Kudos to Dakota for his stellar service!

We came in for lunch and was greeted by Kayla who took her time with us when we were ordering. She gave us excellent recommendations. They food was awesome. Especially the honey bbq chicken sandwich. Great recommendation. Thanks Kayla.

I visit Friendly's so often that Samra knows my order before I even sit down. She makes sure my soup is hot and my hot fudge is plentiful. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area.
