Bidra med feedbackI wouldn’t recommend the new Hartford KFC. The tables were sticky and greasy, with soda stains visible on the floor and machines. Service was extremely slow, and I didn’t even want to sit in the chairs. I’d give it a 1 out of 5.
I placed an online order for my mother's birthday and arrived at the restaurant to find that the app indicated my order was ready for pickup. There was only one other person in the store waiting. I retrieved my food from the "quick pick-up kiosk," and my order was the only one there. However, when I got home, I discovered that three items were missing from my order, including my mother's meal for her birthday. While I was in the store, there was no indication that another bag of food was supposed to be included, nor did anyone inform me that my order wasn't completed. The food we did receive was rubbery and dry. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times, but no one answered. It's fast food, so I didn't expect much, but I was still very disappointed.
My experience with KFC was absolutely terrible. I have rarely encountered issues with them before, but this time was different. They had plenty of time to prepare my food, yet after waiting an hour, they canceled my order. I will never order delivery from this KFC again.
I was there about an hour ago and we ordered a large mashed potato and got a teeny thing of it and not even a mix match of chicken in new hartford, also I waited 35-45 mins for my chicken
Went threw drive threw. Speaker was breaking up bad. There was a very tight left turn going threw the drive threw little tight for full size but would be fine for a car. Food was good
