Red Lobster New Hartford

The seats at the front offer an open table setting that works well. The food is good, but not exceptional. The highlight of the evening was Laura, our wonderful and friendly server, who was incredibly attentive and helpful.

You're mistaken; I went to Red Lobster. They seated us right away since it wasn't crowded and didn't ask for an open table.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience; however, some of our dishes were overcooked and dry. The menu offers a wide variety of entrée options. The cookies are excellent and made fresh.

One of the best Red Lobster Restaurants anywhere. Great Service. Excellent Food. Some of the Entrees are Over-Priced but there are Specials. Excellent Location.

Enjoyed a nice dinner in celebration of my son’s birthday. Food was a little pricey for lobster fest. Service from Troy was outstanding. He made our evening enjoyable!
