Bidra med feedbackStaff are doing their best at this Dunkin' Donuts in a very small Mobil gas station convenience store. The Dunkin' takes up at least half of the cramped c-store area, so you can't argue that it doesn't get enough emphasis. This place gets crowded very, very fast. It is a much more crowded and less snazzy environment than the Dunkins on the Merritt/Wilbur Cross rest stops. If you're stopping here for gas (one of the most expensive in New Haven), walking from a nearby motel, or bicycling Long Wharf and need your donut fix NOW, this is a Dunkin'. It will, with sufficient patience, provide you with a donut and coffee. If you have the option of getting your Dunkin' fix elsewhere, the one downtown on Church is not worse, and the fancy one out US-1 north, beyond the lift bridge, is much larger.
I had to wait 15 minutes just for the Snack-Bacon at this restaurant. They served people who arrived after me first, and all the workers there are very slow and rude.
Always have my fresh donuts just wished they were 24 hours
The review states that the restaurant closes at 8 o'clock. When I arrived at around 7:35, the employee standing there told me that they had closed the signs and they close at 8 o'clock. When I asked if I could still enter, the employee replied dismissively, "I don't care what time it is, we're closed."
This place is more of a gas station or oil change location, there is no Dunkin' Donuts here.
