House Of Chao - New Haven

My partner I came here earlier to eat because the way they freeze is the best we ever had. I'm not sure if the old man is still working there, but as a chef of 25 years I was so impressed that I went right back to the kitchen, gave the old man a cash tip thanks. we ordered the general Tso chicken combination. the rice was good, a little plain but good, the egg rolls were also good. but this chicken, wow.

The food tasted fresh and not greasy. the muted dumplings were some of the best I tried in new haven.

Best Chinese in new haven! I've eaten there since I was 16 years old. I'm 51 now.

That is the best Chinese food in connecticut. I drive 30 minutes round trip to get it monthly. sometimes more than that. they use all white meats and fresh vegetables. not excessively fried or greasy. my favorites are the sesame chicken, sweet and acidic chicken and dumplings (fried or steamed).

Wow absolutely delicious scrumptious delectable delightful meals from House of Chao restaurant Exceptionally fresh ingredients thank God they were still open at 9pm Friday night knowing your food will still be made right and fresh even though they will soon be closing exceptional extraordinarily great, thank you tremendously. This is definitely the go to excellent food and great and friendly service (chef)
