Chef Wang - New Hyde Park

Generally, this is a favorite restaurant on Long Island. The place is clean and the food is great. However, after five years of eating at this establishment, we encountered the rudest front of desk manager. My cousin brought her service dog which was actually in her right to do so. However, she would have willingly obliged to just leave the dog outside. The man was rude and screamed at her to get out. Later on, I tried to explain to him that he should have had a better attitude. He told me if I wanted a better attitude, I could feel free to go somewhere else. That's their customer service in a nutshell. Many of the employees saw the disturbance and secretly apologized. Apparently, he's rude to them too.

75% traditional Chinese food (Sichuan Human Dominant) 5% innovative Chinese cuisine 10% American style Chinese cuisien 10% East Asian food So you can still taste home flavor Serving size is generous with large soup But most dishes are added sugar to enhance flavor, which is a major complaint from most clients including me. Pan fried cod is a must try for the excellent fire control and tenderness. The cod skins was also taken good care of to be naturally crispy and smooth but not greasy.

Very courteous staff and superb service . Parking availability and ambience to enjoy your dining comfort. Food is authentic Chinese and competitive. Will definitely visit again .

The staff was extremely rude including the manager/owner. They are lacking in customer service and are not helpful. I will tell all my followers, friends,and family not to eat at this place as I did not feel welcomed as a customer. They have a superiority and entitlement attitude that clearly is displayed by the manager/owner. If I could give no stars I would. The worst place to consider for food. If you value your time and money I would not visit this establishment. The food is not worth the bad treatment.

I had the shrimp fried rice that was the best thing I ordered. Chicken and broccoli was ok, tofu was bland the miso soup was bland as well. Ordered on door dash 1/24/23.
