I purchased two XL protein shakes for $17.92, which I thought was reasonable. However, when I asked for an additional cup, Raj, the manager, charged me an extra $3 just for the cup. This feels like a really unfair way to take advantage of customers.

The woman who works in the morning makes the worst smoothies; their consistency is like water. I've told her several times that I'd like them to be thicker, but she still hasn't gotten it right.

I had a minor issue and left feeling a bit upset, thinking it wouldn't be addressed. However, I received a call from the owner himself, who took the time to resolve the situation and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. To me, that's the most important and meaningful way to treat customers! I absolutely love their drinks, especially the Fat Fighter! I've been a loyal customer for years and plan to keep coming back. While some may consider it a bit pricey, you're really paying for quality and excellent service. I highly recommend this restaurant!
