Mcdonald's - New London

The staff here is exceptional! I really appreciate that they offer lemons for my iced tea. I've stopped going to Dunkin Donuts because they no longer have them.

Almost all McDonald's locations tend to be well-presented, and this one in New London, CT, is no different. The play area for kids is regularly cleaned, which is great to see. One of the managers has been here for what feels like ages, and that speaks volumes about the consistency and quality of service at this restaurant.

We had great service. The kids played in the indoor play area. The food was standard fast food.

Best McDonalds in New London, CT! I know, I'm being facetious, but really, I've never had an issue with my local McDonald's.

The food I received was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. The young woman at the drive-thru was very friendly and had a lovely smile.
