Central City Bbq - New Orleans

Went there for the first time yesterday and it won’t be my last! Lots of craft beer on tap and they have a parking lot! I had brisket and burnt ends with the brisket chili for my side. Everything was on point!!! The place was very clean and the service was excellent! Might go back tonight....

Food was incredible!! You must have the spoonfed cornbread. So tender and soft that you can't pick it up with your hands. Being from Dallas I was skeptical about the reviews and I was squarely put in my place. Don't let the surrounding gumbo and jambalaya fool you. CCBbq has great Bar-BQ!! We went during NYE so cold weather didn't allow us to enjoy the outside grounds that were set up for live music. But the prices were reasonable on food and drinks. Atmosphere was perfect and family friendly. Central City Bar BQ; Make this a must stop when you are in New Orleans.

Love this place. It was our first time and a great experience. We tried a little of everything. The burnt tips were phenomenal! The pork belly burnt tips was really good along with the chicken ribs and boudin. For sides we had the beans, mac n cheese Brussel sprouts. The Brussel sprouts were our favorite. Fast service and excellent recommendations provided by the staff. Thanks for a wonderful meal. We will be back!

Been there twice.... and both times the food has been on point. Burnt tips are my favorite, but the brisket chilli and the brisket are absolutely amazing; chicken wings are OK, I’m just not a fan of grilled wings. The staff is very friendly and polite. I come to NOLA, every other week for business and I definitely make it a mandatory stop for lunch.

Don't let the location fool you, this is Southern BBQ at it's finest! Burnt end brisket, ribs, bacon Mac and cheese- you name it. Complete with fantastic Southern hospitality!!
