We ordered five pizzas last night and waited half an hour in our hotel lobby, only to find out that this location canceled our order without telling us because of a system glitch . No remorse, no offer to make it right, and I 'm still awaiting a refund. When I called the store to find out what happened, the manager said it 's not my fault our system glitched and i only have 2 delivery drivers ... and then hung up on me! I will never be ordering from this location again and hope no one else does. They absolutely don 't know how to run a business, so for the sake of the public, they deserve to go out of business. Good riddance, losers.
Terrible. only terrible. no one wants to work in dominos in this city, and that's always like that. I thought a new location would help, but negatiw. about an hour on my CARRYOUT command and it's still at prep level. sad because other places I have lived dominos is the best, but not in new orleans. It's really a pity.
UPDATE:Avoiding the Domino 's at 1701 Tchoupitoulas in New Orleans would be my advice, due to the repeated issues I 've experienced with this store.Decided to try again. This time I received a text Your delivery driver, Brea, is on the way! Then 15 minutes later I received a text Your Domino’s order has been canceled, please call your store. This this is the SECOND time this has happened. The first time the store repeatedly hung up on me, fortunately this time someone answered. I was told that, despite the text, Brea had reached the end of her shift, clocked out and went home. My pizza was canceled because there were no more drivers for the day. It 's 5pm Sunday, i.e., dinner time, how do you not have drivers?And I used the 'Piece of the Pie ' free pizza reward that I received to make up for the previous issues, so now I have neither rewards points nor a pizza.‐ TWO WEEKS AGO:Never again, Domino 's is off my list. I received a 'free ' pizza credit due to issues with my last order. I just placed an order for the 'free ' pizza (it wasn 't completely free due to delivery fees), the order was accepted then subsequently canceled. No explanation. The website instructed me to contact the store at 1701 Tchoupitoulas (New Orleans) for an explanation; I called 5 times and the staff disconnected me each time.
Placed an order online and had it immediately canceled. Was not contacted by an employee at the store. When I proceeded to call the store, I was on hold for 10 minutes. Unacceptable and extremely inconsiderate. I’m sure the food would have been great, but the customer service is trash.
First they always make their eat right, but sometimes they probably get someone else order and sometimes they probably don't have to deliver drivers, but always pay with the card
