Bidra med feedbackI have placed a delivery order via the mobile pizza hut website on my handy. this location has worked with door dash to deliver my order. the thief called me and advised that he caught an apartment. he said that I had to wait until his tire was repaired to deliver my order. he didn't know when someone would fix the tire and couldn't give me eta. I told him I'd rather meet him because it's gonna be late and that's cold. the servant refused to work with me by getting my food and he refused to call the door Dash customer service about the problem. So I went to this pizza hat to explain my problem. I come to this place and started talking to a guy in the register. before I could finish my sentence, the one who still has to advise the customer service of door dash of the output starts to scream with me. When I first came in, I noticed the binder, but I didn't mention it because I had no more to do with it at this point my thing. I did not order by door dash so it is not necessary to turn with him. when I started talking my case, both the store manager and the store manager yell at me when I was not the one who was first screaming and aggressive and was nothing to the rude that was said. I remained calm after I saw everything being played and suggested that they call the police to keep the peace. they have a hostile man who cries and goes to a woman, from no reason for something that is not so serious or necessary. the manager and this both treated me as if I were wrong when I had already paid for my eating and had a service. I just wanted what I paid for. it's crazy how I was treated. I had no vote, and I could never get a word out, with a belly, rude dasher and a business manager with a non-care. both thatcher and the store manager finally got on the phone with the door dash customer service. the theher and store manager both talk rudely about me on the phone with door dash customer service as if I didn't stand there. Finally my order was canceled and a new order was placed by the branch manager. I had to wait 20 minutes for the new order that I had no problem with, because I did not accept anything from that. the original time for my eating was 19:36 clock. I made it home at 20:55. I have video recordings of the order.
It is really closed or reduced hours and seems justified on Saturday on late afternoon ordered and really nice people who run the load. girls at the theke apparently asked new whether the pizza in the warmer was mine, only pizza in the warmer. had signed me and I used apple pay, strange. 2 pizzas ordered and could not say the difference between hand-seed and pan. not terrible, but if you don't have the right crust. say it simply or confirm it. delete the app with the cottage here in new orleans
Large pizza with a large taste, and the participants are friendly.
The delivery driver forgot one of our pizzas at the store. The pizza seemed undercooked and of poor quality for the price. I will not be ordering from this establishment in the foreseeable future.
Ordered as I was driving across Causeway and app said ready in 15 minutes, and when I got there it was ready, just being packaged up for pick up.
