Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

My bf if from New Orleans and I'm from Jacksonville we have zaxbys and he's always telling me about canes so I had to see for myself, the restaurant was so cool with all the pics everywhere my kids loved it and the chicken was good and the service was friendly and fast! I do see myself going there in the future

The service here is excellent most of the time, although there have been instances where employees displayed some attitude issues. The prices are fair for what you get, and the chicken is quite good. However, to be honest, many guests come primarily for the lemonade and Cane's sauce.

The food was decent for a drive-through, but the experience was marred by the situation in the lobby. The manager was loudly criticizing her employees, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. As a result, the staff seemed upset and responded to our questions in a rude and brusque manner. It seemed like the manager lacked respect for her customers, and perhaps she could benefit from some additional training.

In my opinion, Raising Cane's needs to invest more time in training their employees. I've noticed that the food isn't cooked thoroughly, and I can't quite understand why this is happening. This issue isn't limited to just one location; it seems to be consistent across all branches. Despite being told multiple times that the food is prepared according to proper temperatures, it's simply unacceptable for chicken to be undercooked.

Well I was there with my 2 kid's they have autism the series was awesome they got our drinks and food brought everything to the table for us asked if we're ok if was very welcoming....
