Subway - New Orleans

Enjoy grabbing a sub and this is one of the best places to get it. I use discounts that I receive by text. Sometimes I wish they would give you more drums without asking.

Excellent customer service and the sandwich artists are amazing at what they do. I highly recommend this location. Delicious!

Compared to other Subway locations, this one was quite good! I recall that the Subway near the Baccalaureate university had great service as well.

I ordered a Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki chopped salad, and I noticed that after the employee measured out the chicken, it didn't even look like a full serving. He then asked if I wanted double meat, to which I declined, but I pointed out that what he had put in didn't even match a proper serving. Following that, he dumped what he had already measured and tried again, but this time, he gave me even less chicken than before. I really wish I had taken a picture of the salad—it barely filled half the bowl. At any other place I've been to, the bowl is usually overflowing. If I hadn't been with other people who had already ordered (and were with me), I would have gone to a different Subway. That location has much better management and doesn't try to cut corners like this. I'm just an average customer, but this experience was frustrating. It felt like they were punishing me for something that shouldn't have happened! There are so many other restaurants nearby that offer better service and don't skimp on ingredients!

This is the cheapest Subway I've ever visited. I ordered a steak and cheese sandwich with spinach, but they hardly put any meat on it, even after I requested extra. Instead, they just piled on more spinach, so I basically ended up with a salad. I'm really dissatisfied with the service.
