Wendy's - New Orleans

They can 't seem to get the fries right, and do not understand customer service at the drive-thru. Rest of the food has been good though. (2017) Update: Don 't ever expect a thank you at the drive through. Fries are still terrible. (Mar2019)

Something is always missing, it comes complete but in a small order when one had ordered the large combo. they always get something wrong. they should improve the service

These Wendy's locations in the New Orleans area are definitely lacking. I didn't receive any of the sauces I ordered, which was really disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this place; the service is very unprofessional. If I could give a score lower than zero, I would.

The food was both hot and delicious. Thank you for your quick service and courteous staff—it's hard to come by in New Orleans!

I can't believe how delicious the salad was—apple pecan! It made it so easy to stick to my diet. I also had a lemonade, and I'm still really impressed.
