Willies Chicken Shack - New Orleans

I love their chicken tenders and honey butter biscuits. I absolutely love the biscuits. The chicken is tender and juicy. I definitely recommend trying them out.Food: 5/5

Well I will start by saying the daiquiris are good. I recommend those. Biscuits and fries are good too. The fish plate was fresh but bland. The fried chicken was a bit too salty and dry just like the girl running the register. There isn’t much seating, but when I went both tables was filthy, which makes you not even want to sit there and eat. They need to clean up in there. I didn’t purchase a souvenir cup due to not wanting to remember this blah experience in New Orleans. $53 for chicken and fish plate with a hurricane daiquiri and beer in case your are curious

When coming to New Orleans I saw more Willies chicken and Voodoo chickens then Popeyes so we had to try. ? For their to be some many of them in close proximity of each other they aren’t good. It’s basic chicken and fish that real fishy. I couldn’t even eat the fish no real flavor. It wasn’t cheap either spent $40 on chicken and fish for 2.

Even though we waited a good long while to get our food, it was very delicious. I love the condiments. Somehow the cat fish is really good with barbecue sauce. It's got cool atmosphere late night hours great daiquiris, and it really hit the spot. Was very convenient after we saw a concert in walking distance from the Fillmore. Would definitely come back. The service was really great too and you could tell they were trying very hard. Thank you!

The chicken tenders and fries were as good as I remembered. Bit more expensive but still worth it. They could add a few more sauces like buffalo. They have many locations around town.
