Clemson Brewing Company - New Paltz

I hadn’t visited this place in years when it was still called the Gilded Otter, and I used to finish many hikes here. The service was prompt and efficient, and our food arrived quickly. I ordered the Reuben sandwich, and the truffle fries were absolutely delicious—both were excellent. There are plenty of seats both indoors and outdoors, although the space can get quite crowded and lively in the summer. Their beer selection is impressive and convenient for takeout as well!

On April 29, 2022, after our visit to Mohonk Mountain House, we decided to stop by this place for a quick bite and a drink, and we absolutely loved it! The service was fast and friendly, and our food arrived hot. My IPA was just right, and I ordered the patty melt while my friend had the grilled cheese, soup, and apple wine. We enjoyed every single bite. The brewery had a great atmosphere, there was plenty of parking, and everything was excellent!
