Been eating there for over 30 years, the MOO GOO GUY PAN IS THE BEST, AND OWNERS ARE THE BEST, ALWAYS GREET WITH A SMILE AND A KIND WORD

I give this restaurant a perfect 5/5 for service. Our server was fantastic—so friendly and attentive, always checking to make sure my family and I were taken care of. The manager even came over to inquire about our meals. Everything was fresh and delicious. I genuinely wish nothing but the best for this establishment and can’t wait to return!

Everything was delicious! We ordered $50 worth of food, and the portions were generous! Our delivery driver, Brian, was prompt, friendly, and attentive. Thank you! This restaurant is fantastic! We had a wonderful Mother’s Day celebration, and the service was highly engaging. It truly offers the best Chinese food in the Hudson Valley!

Many Chinese restaurants in Manhattan also offer delicious vegetable protein choices that add variety and flavor beyond the usual tofu vegetable dishes. They tend to use broth instead of oil for scrambles, resulting in tasty meals that are low in calories and fat. Additionally, the unique slimy black mushrooms found in city restaurants provide an authentic touch of Chinese cuisine that seems to be missing here. I'm not sure why these options and techniques haven't made their way to the Hudson River area yet, but I hope they do!

Food was great! The staff was friendly although I think there was only one person who worked almost everything, which meant that everything was a little slower than it could have been.
