Subway - New Plymouth

Look.... It was nice. Staff all good, bit slow as such. But here we go. Overall for all Subs.... What's with all the processed meats! Sort that and 5 stars and more customers.

Metro subway tonight was AMAZING. Your employee, who was under pressure at 8.45, but she treated it like a boss. Sub ive had in awhile to be honest, and staff was fantastic and still smile girl Desirves an increase, SHE'S A STAR! Well done, customer service was evil. if I could give more then 5 stars I would.

Good for a healthy lunch. Nice fresh looking food and we could drink as much as we wanted. We just had a little drink. The lady was patient at his first visit with my grandson.

First time to this subway. Shop is clean in the presentation. Two employees who served so at noon had a long queue. Food was great to taste and while there was not much seating our 4 could sit together.

I love subway but this one store in town is such a let down. Terrible service was standing there for 10minutes while the 2 young girls on the counter made sandwiches for online orders.. but kept me waiting with no acknowledgement. Then when my sub was getting made it was terrible.. bread was ripped but still got used.. very scarce on the ingredients. X4 pickles for a entire footlong. Had to tell them to put proper handfuls of ingredients. I will still go to subway but never ever to this store again. Not the first time I have had bad service at this shop
